INSPIRE À Pleins Poumons – ALK ROS1 Launches First Patient Conference for Rare Lung Cancer Mutations
The ALK+ROS1 patient association (ALKROS1), a highly active and committed partner of the COALA network, organized its first patient conference “INSPIRE À Pleins Poumons” on November 9–10, 2025 in Paris. This landmark event in France brought together patients with rare lung cancer mutations, their caregivers, and healthcare professionals for two days of expert-led conferences, roundtables, and interactive exchanges, complemented by networking and convivial moments.
During the conference, Professor Julien Mazières presented the COALA project, highlighting ongoing translational research and initiatives aimed at improving treatment strategies and patient care. The event also showcased the dedication and impact of ALKROS, reinforcing patient engagement, fostering awareness, and supporting collaborative research within the COALA network.
