Highlights of Work Package 4 – 2025

Task 1: Molecular epidemiology study of early-stage adenocarcinomas, focusing on molecular alterations and the transcriptome, using FFPE material from patient cohorts operated on between 2018 and 2019. The 2018 Cochin cohort is currently in progress, with FFPE material recovery to be scheduled.

Task 2: MRD project guidance for stage III patients and the establishment of a prospective biobank, currently under discussion.

Task 3: Planning of a perioperative clinical trial and preparation of a European funding application (Horizon) for a study integrating patients’ nutritional status.

Task 4: Exposome analysis, combining data from Task 1 with environmental factors.

Task 5: Investigation of host–tumor–immune environment interactions in the Cochin cohort (ongoing).
